Returns Policy
If you're not completely happy with an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear (all items with a gusset) are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
Returns need to be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order Five days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 9 days of receipt. A returns form is enclosed with your items. The returns form will have a returns address for your reference as well as a section for you to fill out explaining the reason for your return.
Please note that Boudoir Blush does NOT cover any costs for returns.
Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. You should keep this proof until you\'ve received your refund or replacement.
Christmas Returns
To allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, our returns period for Christmas gifts ordered after the 20th of October is extended to 11th January (items must reach us by this date, so please allow sufficient time for return postage). For non-gift items, the standard returns periods above still apply.
Items that can be returned
Most items bought from boudoirblush.co.uk can be returned, with the exception of anything listed below. Items bought on the website can also be returned to us at the Boutique in Winchester.
Items that can't be returned
- Gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened (if the pack is unopened & undamaged then it's fine to return)
- Body care / beauty products cannot be accepted for return once opened
- Certain products are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons - if this applies it wil be clearly stated on the product page before you purchase
- Gift box charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you have asked for will not be gift boxed, so if you received a gift box with the original order, you might want keep this safe.
If you have received something as a gift and you wish to return it:
Please call us on 01962 841344 to give us the order number and item codes. We will then ask you to return the item as normal (see above returns details).
In the event of this happening, the purchaser of the gift will be automatically notified of the return. We are sorry, but we cannot prevent this from happening as it is an automated function of our returns system.
If you would like to exchange the item for something of a higher value, we will have to have permission of the cardholder before any additional charges are made. You can, alternitavely, pay the difference on your own card. If you would like to do this, you must fill in the payment details on the returns form, together with all your contact information in case of any queries.
This policy does not affect your statutary rights in any way.
Cancellations of an Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel this contract, you need to do so in writing. Please call or email us, stating the order number and giving your clear instruction to cancel the order.
If we've already shipped your order, you'll need to package the items and send them back to us.
We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order within 30 days after we receive your notification.
